Mild Salad Mix Microgreens contain a mix of Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula & Red Cabbage.  Mostly green colors with some purple and red highlights with an eye-catching variety of leaf sizes and shapes.  A variety of brassica flavors that are mild and fresh.  Awesome as a stand alone salad or used to compliment other salads and entrees.  Moose uses this a salad base and mixes other micro greens in with it - YUMMMMM!
